Select World Cruises receive up to $1,500 to spend on board, select Grand Voyages receive up to $700 to spend on board, select sailings of 11-nights or longer receive up to $500 to spend on board, select sailings between 9- and 10-nights in length receive up to $400, and select sailings up to 8-nights in length receive up to $250 to spend on board. The Suite Dreams Upgrade (“Offer”) is valid for new bookings made between 2/3/2025 – 3/2/2025 on select departures (“Eligible Voyages”); excludes World Cruise, Grand Journeys, and combination sailings. Subject to availability at time of booking. Guests booking certain guest rooms/suites on Eligible Voyages will receive an upgrade, as follows: Double Guest Rooms with Veranda will be upgraded to an Aquamarine Veranda Suite, Double Guest Rooms with Oceanview will be upgraded to a Sapphire Oceanview Suite, Aquamarine Ocean View Suites will be upgraded to a Sapphire Ocean View Suite, and Aquamarine Veranda Suites will be upgraded to a Sapphire Veranda Suite. Offer includes one complimentary laundry service comprised of (i) second-day dry cleaning for five pieces; (ii) one bag of free laundry every ten cruise days; and (iii) free pressing (5pcs/day). Each booking is also eligible for either one pre-cruise or post-cruise hotel night per booking when booked through Crystal; capped at $1,000 per suite or a $250 ‘As You Wish’ per person shipboard credit ($500 USD per suite). Hotels and accommodation categories are subject to availability; guests will be responsible for paying the price difference for specific requests above the $1000 USD per booking limit. Additional Terms & Conditions
The Crystal Referral Program is designed to reward Crystal Society members for referring “new to Crystal” friends and family members (“Friend(s)”). The Friend and the Crystal Society member cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address), nor can they come from within the same household as the Crystal Society Member. Friends booking their own accommodations on a Crystal cruise receive 5% savings on the cruise-only fare; limited to one 5% savings per booking. For each “Eligible Referral”, Crystal Society members receive a future cruise credit in an amount equal to the 5% savings extended to their Friend (the “Referral Credit”). An Eligible Referral is defined as a verified Friend who books and sails on a future Crystal voyage; guests booked within the same suite/guest room do not constitute an Eligible Referral. To qualify as an Eligible Referral, the Friend must submit their referral request and provide the Crystal Society Member information within 14 days of paying their initial deposit. The Referral Credit is only earned once an Eligible Referral is within 45 days of departure (the “Departure Date”) and their booking is paid in full. Additional/ repeat bookings made by a Friend are not counted as additional Eligible Referrals. Credits can be applied towards current bookings sailing on or after the Departure Date. Should the Friend cancel their booking, the Referral Credit will be rendered null and void unless the Friend’s booking is non-refundable, and Crystal retains the Friend’s funds. The amount of the Referral Credit will always be based on the 5% savings applied to the Friend’s booking at the time of their initial deposit. A Crystal Society Member can refer as many Friends as they want and receive a Referral Credit for each referral; there is no limit to how many Referral Credits can be applied towards a new booking. Not applicable to reduced rate bookings and charter and incentive groups. Crystal Referral Program combinability will be communicated at time of booking. By taking advantage of the 5% savings under the Crystal Referral Program, Friends understand and agree that the Crystal Society Member who referred them will implicitly become aware of what they paid for their cruise. Cancel/rebooks not eligible. Soliciting bookings on social media websites or otherwise making general solicitations to strangers such as to a wide, unknown audience, is prohibited. Any Crystal Society Members or travel advisors found to be engaging in such conduct will not be permitted to participate in the Crystal Referral Program and all Credits will be forfeited; furthermore, they may see some of the benefits from the Crystal Society program revoked. Referral Credits and savings under this Crystal Referral Program cannot be used toward final payment and may not be redeemed for cash. Crystal reserves the right to withdraw the program or limit the number of Credits that can be used at its own discretion without prior notification.
